The Ripasso method of grapes adds depth and flavour to a wine. Provolo Campotorbian is a full-bodied savoury Ripasso with dried prune and figgy flavours on the palate with a lingering dark chocolate and espresso finish. The long and skillful maceration on the Amarone skins, enhance its aroma and give it an infinite pleasantness. A garnet coloured wine with deep ruby reflections and a slightly spicy aroma with notes of ripe red fruit create a harmonious, dry and velvety taste.
