Neleman Organic Vineyards night-harvest Tempranillo and Monastrell grapes from mountainous vineyards at 700m above sea level in the Valencia region of Spain. Cool maceration of the must is followed by 3 days controlled fermentation for a fresh, youthful wine. Brilliant crimson with ruby hues in colour, this wine has aromatics of bright red fruits and florals
