Located in Casas del Rey and inspired by the land, tastes and lifestyle of Mediterranean Spain, Bodegas Neleman was created to offer a range of organic, vegan, carbon neutral wines that reflect a strong belief: wine is a heady celebration of creativity, art, nature, time, delicious taste, and ecologically-sound thinking.
This wine is a combination of four grape varieties: 70% Verdil, 10% Chardonnay, 10% Viognier and 10% Sauvignon Blanc. Raised on new French oak. Full, powerful and especially spicy wine with lots of ripe tropical fruit, cinnamon and nutmeg, hints of vanilla from the wood, with a soft, creamy aftertaste with a nice freshness. When drunk young, it can be stored up to 4 years after harvest.
