Brilliant crimson with ruby hues in colour. Nice and full juicy ripe red fruit in smell and taste and featuring aromatics of bright red fruits, pretty floral notes with a silky palate. The ripe and round tannins provide a fine mouthfeel and a wonderfully soft aftertaste. This is a delicious red that works really well when slightly chilled. Perfect with pasta and spicy tomato dishes.

Description
Dutchman Derrick Neleman studied to become a biodynamic farmer. After his training he ended up on vineyards in Spain and realised this is where he wanted to make his own wine. He settled in Valencia and focusses on making wines which reflect the terroir. All Neleman wines are made without the use of pesticides or additives and are certified vegan. The vines are planted on little earthen terraces with olive and almond trees which helps creates a natural equilibrium, and “ecology” of its own in the vineyard keeping it free of herbicides and fungicides.
For the All Day Long Tempranillo the grapes are produced at 700m above sea level, one of the highest points in the Valencian community. Harvesting is done during night time, avoiding oxidation & high temperatures of day hours. This helps produce a brilliant crimson wine shot through with ruby hues. Aromatics of bright red fruits, pretty floral with a fleshy, soft & silky palate. Displaying elegance, and a good natural acidity which promotes plenty of food pairing opportunities and makes this wine ideal for enjoying throughout the day.
