A lovely organic white from the Abruzzo region of Italy. Light and fresh but with a little bit more body than some whites. This vegetarian and vegan pecorino is straw yellow in colour with fresh and well balanced minerality throughout. Fruit flavours of peach and apricot dominate with light white flower and balsamic notes on the finish. A lovely wine to pair with fish, courgette lasagne or an Italian leek quiche.
