Description
Txakoli is the wine produced in the Basque Country, mainly with the Hondarrabi Zuri variety; a native grape that makes Txakoli stand out from any other wine worldwide. Hondarribia is a picturesque fishing village in that has managed to ensure the preservation of its architecture, history and an important gastronomic culture among its inhabitants.
Clean and sparkling. Light yellow in colour with greenish tones. The presence of very fine carbonic bubbles can be observed when pouring a glass of this wine from a certain height, typical of this type of Txakolis. It is very balanced and fresh, with a certain sense of spicy sparkle on the tongue and an integrated acidity. Aromas of pear, apple, grapefruit and tropical fruits on the nose, accentuated by thesubtle effervescence. Balanced and fresh, it has quite well-integrated acidity along with a long, aromatic finish.
