This Organic orange wine from Spain is made by allowing the juice from the grapes to stay in contact with the skins so that it can absorb colour, flavour and other elements as well.
It is robust and bold for a light wine and has aromas of bruised apples, and dried orange rind. Fantastic as and aperitif.
