Description
This is a special, limited edition run for Brighton Gin’s 10th Birthday! It is made it by using the remainder of the peeled oranges left over once the zest has gone into the regular Brighton Gin distillation. These oranges get sliced up, dehydrated to caramelise the sugars and then redistilled to create a beautiful marmalade flavour.
Distilled along with lime and plenty of juniper this is a proper jammy but still London Dry style gin with a long finish; slightly higher ABV of 43 % to catch all those citrus-y flavours. Perfect in a Negroni!
Like all Brighton Gin, each bottle is filled, labelled, and topped off with a distinctive wax seal by hand.
