A fruity, gentle red from the Ruppertsberg winery in the Palatinate. Made with Spätburgunder (aka Pinot Noir) this wine is young and fresh with a gentle fruity sweetness from aromas and flavours of strawberry and ripe cherry. and is perfect for relaxed drinking on the terrace in the summer. It can be served slightly chilled and goes exceptionally well with light and fresh salads, poultry and fish dishes.
