It is a dry wine with notes of soft stone fruits such as apricot, as well as soft fruit such as pear with a crisp mineral finish. Perfect for fish, seafood and light chicken dishes.

Exceptional! This is what Soave can be when it’s done well. What struck me most was the balance: fresh and quaffable, but also serious and rounded, with the slightest tinge of off-dryness to make it so yummy. It was a treat!
