Description
Pacifico Sur is a range of estate-grown and bottled wines made by Tutunjian Estate Vineyards, a company that was started by Edward Tutunjian, an American businessman. They own some 200 hectares of vineyards divided across the Colchagua, Curico, Maule, Maipo and San Antonio valleys. Aided by Chile’s top winemaking consultant Alvaro Espinoza Pacifico Sur make some exceptional value wines.
This Cabernet Sauvignon shows aromas of cherries, ripe black fruits and vanilla. Full-bodied in style, the palate is rich with dried fruit, blackberry, and plum throughout with perhaps a touch of tobacco and dark chocolate on the finish. Would pair really well with grilled red meats and vegetables, roast mushrooms, charcuterie or a sharp aged cheese.
