Daumas Gassac Moulin de Gassac Chardonnay is produced in the French wine region of Languedoc and is made using 100% Chardonnay grapes. The Moulin de Gassac intend to fully reflect the character of the exception terroir in Languedoc, known for its generous and intense wines which are the outcome of incredibly passionate work. Now generations on, Moulin de Gassac are well regarded with their flagship Estate wines and now a much more affordable everyday range.
The Moulin de Gassac Chardonnay is a well-made, unoaked Chardonnay with both body and minerality. It has a nose of rich citrus and floral note with orchard fruit and smooth honey complementing a silky texture and generous finish. A perfect accompaniment for many foods including white meats, seafood, and roasted vegetables.
