Deep ruby-red. On the nose it shows ripe red and dark fruit think black cherry, blackberry and sometimes plum, mingled with a warm spice, subtle herbs (garrigue) and a hint of pepper. On the palate it is medium-bodied and balanced, with juicy fruit, soft to moderate tannins, a smooth texture and a finish that carries gentle spice and a touch of savoury herbal character.
