Henners Vineyard Pinot Gris

Description

An aromatic and vibrant example of English Pinot Gris. The Pinot Gris was sourced from two sites in Suffolk and Essex. The fruit was hand harvested and 10% of the wine was barrel aged to help build weight, body and texture. A classic aperitif wine with a light aromatic nose of pear, quince, green apple, and lime. Dry, fruity and vibrant, with orchard fruits such as, apple and white peach.  There are delicate spice notes such as white pepper balanced with a creaminess and roundness on the palate.

Pairs well with seafood, summery salads and grilled vegetables
