Camel Valley Cornwall Rosé Brut

Description

Made from Pinot Noir grapes by the Traditional Method, grown on sun-baked slopes above the River Camel in Cornwall. It has a light salmon-pink colour, with lovely floral and delicate red fruit aromas. Strawberry scented, well-balanced rosé with a pure, refreshing palate. The nose is marked by raspberries and wild strawberry notes. On the palate this is elegant, with a good backbone of acidity matched with crunchy red fruits. A perfect match for a British summers afternoon.
