Distilled in Hastings in “Archie” an Arnold Holstein 150 litre pot still, named after the founder’s Grandfather. The profile is well balanced with a classic dry juniper and citrus notes of orange, lemon, and Liquorice root with a gooseberry kicker are all noticeable on the palate. Refreshing, and uplifting along the lines of a classic dry English gin, Coriander, Juniper, Angelica, Savory and Grains of Paradise all play an important role in the blend.
